IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION FOR ALL UG STUDENTS
Dear Students,
We are pleased to announce the launch of your profiles on the
ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. This platform will serve as a
central hub for managing your academic information and facilitating
communication with faculty and administration. Here's what you need to know
about accessing and utilizing this resource:
Features
Available on your ERP Portal:
1. Personal Information: You can
view and update your personal information directly on the portal. To do so,
visit the "Edit Profile" section on the Dashboard. Here, you can
update your Alternate Email, which must be entered as your personal email ID
for all future communications, along with your local address, permanent
address, and your profile picture.
2. Attendance Tracking: Monitor your attendance
records conveniently through the ERP system.
3. Internal Assessment (IA) & Continuous Assessment
(CA): Access your IA & CA marks as updated by your respective
faculty members.
For any concerns regarding attendance, IA, or CA marks,
please reach out to your subject faculties directly. In case of technical
difficulties or any Profile related issues, kindly send an email to admin@kmcdu.onmicrosoft.com for prompt
assistance.
Steps to
Login on ERP:
- 1. Visit the
Kirori Mal College website at kmc.du.ac.in.
- 2. Click on
the ERP login button located at the top right corner of the website.
Alternatively, you may directly access the login page through this link: https://kmc.du.ac.in/kmcerp/public/login.
- 3. You will be
directed to a new page prompting you to enter your ID and password.
- 4. Now, click
on the "Forgot Password?" link.
- 5. Enter your
official ID provided by the college, i.e., "college_roll_no@kmc.du.ac.in".
- 6. Click on
"Send Reset Password Link".
- 7. Open your
official email ID "college_roll_no@kmc.du.ac.in" on a new tab in your
browser. Check both your inbox and spam folder for the password reset link.
- 8. Reset your password and log in to the ERP portal with the new credentials.
We encourage you to make the most of this platform to stay updated with your academic progress and communicate effectively with the college administration.
